Adobe have now released their Adobe Reader 17 version 17.011.30065.
You can now download the MSP file for this release from their FTP site which you can get to using the download button below:

You can find full instructions on how to use a MSI installer here.
To use the MSP update file with an MSI installer, you need to download the original MSI installer which is also available from here and then use the following command to add the upgrade MSP:
msiexec /a "AdbeRdr1000_lang_ID.msi" /p AdbeRdrUpd1010_en_US.msp
