If you are a Cisco CLI user, you will be familiar with the “–More–” prompt when you run a command that spreads over a number of pages. This can be infuriating if you run a command that brings back hundreds or even thousands of pages.

So, if you want to run a command but have it run through all the pages in one go, you can follow this simple guide.

INSTRUCTIONS

Once you have logged into your CLI terminal, just run this command before you start to run any other commands (this assumes you are logged in as a privileged administrator:

Terminal pager 0

This will then make the current terminal session now longer stop when you run a command and will not request you to press a key when you get to the end of the page.
