This is another fairly simple one – again no need to create a package, just a Program command line, this assumes that your clients have installed WinRAR to the standard default location – this can be changed if required…

"%programfiles%\WinRAR\uninstall.exe" /s

Then just push this out to a collection. My personal preference is to create a collection with a query for all WinRAR installations and keep it up to date regularly. Then push out this uninstall program to it.

This means that if anyone reinstalls it or installs it fresh, the software inventory will pick it up, populate the SCCM collection and then, in turn, uninstall it again!

So this then becomes a fully automated process and you should never have to worry about uninstalling WinRAR again!
