If you are using Windows 8 and have not yet updated to Windows 8.1 then you really should ensure that you run this update as soon as possible.

The official cut of point by Microsoft for the release of new Windows Updates for Windows 8 was 13th May 2014 – however, they have now extended that date by 30 days meaning that you have until 10th June 2014 to get your device updated to Windows 8.1.

If you are using WSUS in your environment then you do have slightly more time as updates will still be released through this platform until mid-August 2014.

If you are struggling to find the Windows 8.1 Update then the below links may help you out.
